ABOUT ME
Ukrainian violist Anastasiia Gerasina was born in Kyiv. She completed her bachelor’s degree with Prof. Christian Euler at the University of the Arts Graz, Austria. In 2024, she obtained master´s degree in Specialized Performance, Orchester at the Zurich University of the Arts with Lawrence Power.
Currently she is continuing her studies with Lawrence Power for her second master´s degree, specialising in solo performance.
Anastasiia has participated in numerous youth orchestras and summer academies, such as the Verbier Festival Orchestra, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival Orchestra, DAVOS FESTIVAL – young artists in concert, Gstaad Festival Orchestra and the Moritzburg Festival Academy.
She joins regularly as a substitute at the Tiroler Symphonierorchester Innsbruck, Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich and Musikkollegium Winterthur.
